1.When and how can I check on my order status?
Normaly, after 3 days you can trace your package(s).

3.How long will it take to receive the products i order?
It usually takes 5-7 business days to deliver your products. Sometimes, the products are
delivered faster. Please note that business days do not include holidays or weekends.
4.Can products be delivered to other countries besides the USA and Europe?
Yes. Currently, we are able to deliver products to most countries and areas in the world.
5.Can i reserve a product from your website until I can pay for it?
Yes. of course, all you need to do is to confirm it by email and we will keep them for two
weeks. However, after two weeks, if we haven't received your payment yet, we have to sell
it

6.Do you do dropship internationally? How much does it cost?
Yes, we do drop ship. You don't need to spend any extra money.
7.How do I place an order?
It is very easy. If you have picked the products that you want to buy, you will just send
the products id and specification to our email box. We will give you a total quote including
shipping cost to your place.

For minimum quantities, you can order starting from 1 unit.
9.Why can't i find the price of your items on the website ?
Sorry, the prices vary a lot depending on the quantity you order. It means the more quantity
you order, the more discounts you will get. We often offer the price including shipping
cost. So it has something to do with the countries you are from,too. If you want to inquire
the price, please make a list of items id and size that you are interested and send to our

10.How can I get information of delivery after I have paid for the goods?
We will email you the tracking number of the express company as soon as we receive it.
