Purchase any products from our website,you should agree to accept the following policy below.
Order Procedure:
1. Send an email to us with the following information:
*Products' ID from our website.
*Quantity you want.
*Your contact details (Full name, Address, Phone number,Zipcode).
2. We send you confirmation email after receive your order information.
3. Make the payment and then send name to us.
4. We confirm the payment and send out the goods by door to door Express mail in 3 days or so.
5. We will email the tracking number to you after we deliver the goods.
6. Send us your feedback after you recieve the goods.
Price:
The price includes the shipping and the insurance. We offer very competitive price to our
customers (price vary from the quantity you order). You can save more than 30% from
packyours.com than other suppliers, please email us for more details. If you are not satisfied with
the price, please email us as soon as possible.
Payment:
Payment: Western union, T/T(bank transfer) or money gram. Please view payment

Delivery time:
Usually, we will send the goods within two working days after we get the payment. Once we ship out the goods,
we will provide you with the tracking number for tracking. Normally, it will take 3-5 working days for the goods
to travel to UK, 5-7 working days to North America, and 7-9 working days to other countries and areas.
Shipment:
We handle all kinds of shipping ways according to the customer¨s request, such as by sea, by air, by express
(EMS, DHL, TNT, FEDEX, SODEXI,UPS). Customers are responsible for providing a full valid address for delivery.
You are responsible for getting mail forwarding if you are moving home or going on a vacation in case that you

Return policy:
If you are not satisfied with our products, you can ship back. We will refund the money to your next
order. Please make sure it's in unworn and unused condition as well as original packaging.
When return, please write the necessary information on a paper and put in the parcel, so we know where it is
from : the item ID (same as in our website) and your email address.
Customs policy:
We have many methods and experiences in clearing the customs, so your package will be safe to deliver. But
once there has an exception, like your package was held at your country customs, we will attempt to let it to be
released. If not, then we will refund the money of products to your next order, but the shipping fees is not
refundable. If the package have problem in Chinese customs, we will resend it to you again. And you will not
need to pay any other charge.
All packages must be signed for. If no one is at home to receive
your package, then it will be held in your local post office until
you are able to sign for the package.
