RETAIL PACKING, WITH A PLAN

Your next
retail pack,
worked out.

Plan the counts. Test the fit.
Pack with confidence.

Explore discovery packs, travel multipacks and shelf-ready trays for the products you already make. Plan the format first, test the fit where needed, then quote a controlled packing run.

01 / THE OPPORTUNITY

The product is ready.
The next format needs a plan.

A new channel can mean a new count, outer pack, insert or display. PackYours brings those details into one clear packing brief, so fit, cost and handover are considered before a full run.

01 Count it correctly.02 Check it physically.03 Repeat what works.

02 / FIND YOUR FORMAT

One unit.
A different context.

Keep the product.
Work out what goes around it.

TRY THE IDEA

Change the format.
Try a count.

One finished pack contains a defined number of sealed units. Switch the format and edit the count to explore the idea.

For a full run, use the Pack Planner below to calculate totals across your configurations.

Discovery pack

03 / A CLEAR NEXT STEP

Start with the question
that matters.

01

Pack-fit pilot

Will the product fit, seal and pack consistently? Agree a bounded trial and receive the findings, photos and next steps.

Explore a pilot

Paid, scoped before work begins. A failed fit is a useful result; production is a separate decision.

02

Production packing

Approve the configuration and quote. We plan counting, assembly, agreed coding, checks and outer packing around that specification.

Plan a production brief

Materials, work instructions and checks agreed for the job.

03

Repeat runs

Reuse the approved pack specification and update quantities, materials and dates for each new quote.

See a repeat brief

Availability, pricing and any changed specification are checked for each run.

04 / HOW IT WORKS

Resolve the detail.
Then run the pack.

Start small where the answer is unknown. Keep a clear record of what is approved.

  1. 01

    Share a short brief

What exists, how it should be packed, quantity, intended channel and timing.

  2. 02

    Review the practical details

Materials, fit, coding, traceability and the work required.

  3. 03

    Trial where needed

Agree the question, samples, fee, acceptance criteria and exclusions.

  4. 04

    Approve and pack

Authorise the quote and specification before the production slot is confirmed.

  5. 05

    Keep the pack record

Use the approved configuration as the starting point for the next run.

A Your product

No formulas, confidential specifications or health information.

B Counts & configurations

Allocate one shared pool of primary units across up to three formats. Mixed products need a count for each SKU (product variant).

Total across this brief. Per-SKU stock still needs checking. No waste rate or sampling allowance is assumed.

06 / A BETTER STARTING POINT

A useful quote starts
with these details.

Send confidential specifications only through an agreed private channel after initial suitability review.

A DEFINED SCOPE

Around your product.
With the right technical review.

Our packing scope starts with suitable finished, sealed products and agreed outer packaging. Product acceptance, handling, materials and capacity need review.

Filling, formulation and development take a separate technical pathway. This planner does not confirm category acceptance, regulatory compliance, shelf life or production performance.

Campaign packing and dispatch specifications can be scoped. Full fulfilment, inventory management and ongoing 3PL are outside the core packing scope.

07 / GOOD QUESTIONS

Before we
pack anything.

Can you work with products made elsewhere?

The starting point is suitable finished products and agreed packaging supplied for a defined packing job. Acceptance depends on product, documents, handling requirements and available capacity.

Can you fill the sachets too?

Filling and development need a separate technical review. We can identify the appropriate SachetsCo or managed-project pathway before a production quote is prepared.

What is the minimum order?

The economical run size depends on the count, format, materials, setup and packing method. The review will define the minimum project scope and price.

What does a trial prove?

Only the questions written into its scope, such as fit, seal clearance or an initial assembly method. It does not by itself establish shelf life, regulatory compliance or full production performance.

Can you promise a launch date?

Dates depend on approved materials and artwork, technical acceptance, payment requirements and the production schedule. Timing is confirmed for the agreed job.

Can we add a QR code or insert?

An approved insert or link can be included in a suitable campaign pack. The destination, artwork, scan performance and privacy arrangements need review. Results depend on your campaign and distribution.

Who owns our product formulation?

Your existing formulation remains yours. If a separate development project is commissioned, the customer owns the final formulation developed for them once the development fee is fully paid, under the agreed scope.
